Hi!. This is Alberto Recarte. He's like a  teacher and a Minister of Economy or at least this is what I suppose that he should be for Spain. He knows with enough detail what should do with the Economy in Spain. He has made ZERO mistakes with his forecasts till now and unfortunately for spain he will continue with success with all his forecasts for the near future of Spain.

In the cartoon you can see how an unknown hand brings him the Finance portfolio of the Minister of Economy.

Spain need people with ideas like Recarte supports.

With people like Recarte Spain never have been so close  of the edge of the bankruptcy.
