Obama and his economy

Hi there!. I've been working in many projects as parallel as you will watch soon. Here you are a job for some websites.

In this cartoon my clients wanted me to paint what Obama is going to suffer with the economy: the recovery time compared with the Reagan's one is much more longer than anyone could expect...aAd the cause may be in what you will watch in my next cartoon: the stimulus plans.

The worst of his ERRORS in the management of the economy will be remembered for the next decades as "what a leader shoudln't do".

Alfredo Landa...Practising Freestyle with a Vespa?

Hi folks!...In this case I've made a sketch of Alfredo Landa practising something that shouldn't do: Freestyle!!...And much more, with a Vespa!. It's a crazy idea but...Here you are...I hope you like it.

Alfredo Landa is a classic among the actors in Spain and represented in the 60s the typical Spanish "macho-man"...Hahaha...The best comedies in spain were taken by this great actor to our local cinemas during more than a decade and I thought that this was a good tribute to his artwork.

Alfredo Landa died yesterday. R.I.P.

A fans group of Vespa motorcycles found my sketch good enough for illustrating their tribute to this great actor and they included this, my sketch, inside it.

Hi!. This is Alberto Recarte. He's like a  teacher and a Minister of Economy or at least this is what I suppose that he should be for Spain. He knows with enough detail what should do with the Economy in Spain. He has made ZERO mistakes with his forecasts till now and unfortunately for spain he will continue with success with all his forecasts for the near future of Spain.

In the cartoon you can see how an unknown hand brings him the Finance portfolio of the Minister of Economy.

Spain need people with ideas like Recarte supports.

With people like Recarte Spain never have been so close  of the edge of the bankruptcy.

My first winter landscape

Hi my friends!

I wanted to paint some time ago a winter landscape and I friend of mine let me use her photo to use as a reference...It's not exactly as the original but it was basically based on the reference photo till the 80% of the final result.

My good friend Pedro Solano told me to paint some , I've said some?, oh let's say a swarm of girls, crazy girls for this gentleman...Hehehe!...Taking photos from him...I will see what I do...























And here the last stage before the final result. He has become "older" but, Matthew...The time goes by and we can't be young forever!!...

Vincent Cassel Caricature

I was reading www.thewallstreetjournal.com and it inspirated me to sketch and paint this caricature. Why?. In its home they talked about him as the typical success french people.

He was easy to caricaturize and was really funny.

Hard to stop the process of the caricature and convert it to an illustration...

A good actor and I discovered him in the movie called "Derilled". Although I couldn't stop watching Jennifer Aniston I had a bit of attention to dedicate to him along the film. Hehehe...

I recommend you this movie.

And I hope, as always, that you enjoy my caricature so much as I've done.
